Strange Neighbours
Each of us has at least one strange neighbor.
In my house, for example, lives an elderly woman weighing under 150 pounds, which is very fond of the summer sun in her old bathing suit directly under my windows.
It is a spectacle.
But this is minor compared to some of the people in this collection.
